Terms of Sale & Use
These terms apply when you use dadbod-renewed.com, use the Dadbod Renewed app, or buy from our shop. By using the site or app, or placing an order, you agree to them. We’ve kept them in plain English.

dadbod-renewed.com is run by Dadbod Renewed LLC, an Illinois company. You can reach us at support@dadbod-renewed.com.
Health and safety
Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, joint injury or any other health concern.
Our ebook, app, videos and website share general fitness information for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and don’t replace guidance from a doctor or qualified professional. Strength training carries a risk of injury. Use good form, start light, use safety equipment like safety arms, and stop if something hurts. You take part at your own risk.
Orders, prices and payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Payment is processed securely through Wix checkout.
- We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable or a price was listed in error. If that happens, you’ll get a full refund.
Apparel: made to order
- Our tees and hoodies are printed when you order them, by our fulfillment partner Printful.
- Production and shipping times vary. You’ll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.
- Colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed product.
Apparel returns
Because every item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please double-check your size before ordering.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or wrong, email support@dadbod-renewed.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Digital products (the ebook)
- After purchase, you’ll receive a link to download the Simple Strength 5x5 Starter Plan PDF.
- Because it’s a digital download, all ebook sales are final once the file has been downloaded.
- If your download link doesn’t work, the file is damaged or it never arrives, email support@dadbod-renewed.com and we’ll fix it or refund you.
- Your purchase gives you a personal license to read and print the ebook for your own use. Please don’t share, resell or post it publicly.
Your app account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Keep your login details private. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the app or break these terms.
App subscription
- Free trial. New members get a 7-day free trial. Some offers, like the link in our ebook, include a 14-day trial instead. Limit one free trial per person.
- Automatic renewal. If you don’t cancel before your trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and you’ll be charged the monthly price shown when you signed up. It then renews and charges you every month until you cancel.
- Cancel anytime. Cancel from your account in the app or by emailing support@dadbod-renewed.com. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends or your next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Refunds. Monthly payments are non-refundable, and we don’t give partial-month refunds, except where the law requires them. If you were charged by mistake, email us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
- Price changes. We’ll email you at least 30 days before any price change. The new price applies starting with your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you don’t want to continue.
- Payments. If you subscribe on our website, payments are processed securely by Wix, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Subscribing through the App Store or Google Play. If you subscribe in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google handles the payment, renewal, cancellation and any refund under its own terms. Manage or cancel that subscription in your device’s subscription settings.
App store terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Dadbod Renewed LLC, not Apple or Google. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the app and its support.
Our content
The Dadbod Renewed name, db logo, Dadbod Dale character, designs, ebook, text and images on this site belong to Dadbod Renewed LLC. Please don’t copy or use them without our written permission.
Links to other sites
Our site links to products and services from other companies, such as gear on Amazon. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their products, content or policies.
Limits on our liability
We work hard to keep the site and our products accurate and useful, but they’re provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dadbod Renewed LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to your use of the site and to orders placed after that date.
